Residential
We started the company because we did all of the above to our individual properties, after getting tired of the military like uniformity both with the exterior facade and similar interior build ( not to mention the cheap quality of kitchens / doors / bathrooms / flooring etc). While you had no choice in terms of design and quality of products when the property was built, limited upgrades to exterior facade / enhancing with woodwork is permitted, while interior / Garden upgrades have no material restrictions (limited to structural integrity). We will ensure all permissions etc is in place with the developer / regulatory authorities as part of our service.
